Staff was amazing! Super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Ideal location, easy walk to Colorado blvd and downtown Pasadena. Room was clean and everything you need.

Close to the convention center, nice room layout, lots of food options for breakfast. It was an expensive stay by the time I booked, but it's one of the cheapest options if you want to be within walking distance of the convention center. You're also close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Easy access, room was fine. Nothing special but felt like a good deal for the price and was convenient for the business meeting I had to be at. This property has a pool and lists room service as available but I didn’t use either

This was a great stay, with a comfy bed, helpful staff, and convenient walkable proximity to downtown Pasadena. The Continental breakfast was just what I needed to get the day rolling to an excellent start. It wasn't the fanciest locations, but it was everything I needed which is most important! Wonderful job and keep up the great work!

Location was amazing, near the highway, service was really good, they kept our luggage before the check in, all the receptionists were really nice and friendly. They kindly advise that the breakfast lounge was closed at that time, but was still available all day bagles, coffee, tea, fruit and cereal, toaster was also available. The pool looked really nice. The rooms were really confortable and nice. Parking lot was very spacious and also has it underground, you can park whereever you want. We had a great time, we enjoy it a lot. Thanks for everything

I stay at this property whenever I go to Pasadena. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and there is a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. The people at the reception are friendly. The location is ideal, only a short walk to the Metro station and the center of Old Town Pasadena and there is a Whole Foods store across the street if you don't want to go out to one of the many restaurants.

I'm basing my review for GreenTree Pasadena Inn based on what it is, not what I would've expected. I stayed for 4 nights, 5 days for work. First and foremost, the first impression upon arrival is that the property is a little older. So, that should set that as the expectations. But you'd know that from reading other reviews and looking at the photos. The service desk staff are extremely friendly and upbeat. You don't always get that at properties where you'd pay twice or even triple the price. They were very nice and informative, and could answer every question asked. I stayed in a second floor room. Another reviewer is right; there are some obvious unleveled flooring, even on the outside banisters. This comes with age and weathering. Not a big deal for me. The bed was made tightly and was very clean. No bugs, no stains on linens; you could tell they spend some care in maintaining and replacing beds, box springs, mattresses and getting new linens when needed. Service staff at most properties like this tend to "care a little less", but the housekeeping here are great. Housekeeping in general don't get enough credit, so I'd like to really commend the staff here for that. The overall cleanliness was adequate. Floors were free of dirt or marks. You could tell common surfaces were regularly cleaned. All light fixtures work, but do have some dust. There are also cobwebs in a few ceiling corners that aren't probably a part of daily housecleaning. There would be way more if they were never touched. The water pressure is great, the hot water is hot. The heating & cooling work well. I found no dead outlets. The mini-fridge and microwave work well. No complaints on room amenities. What I would recommend is replacing things that are obviously broken. For example, my shower curtain rod looks like someone was doing pullups on it. There are obvious snaps and breaks and it is very loose -- this is kind of dangerous for something overhead to be damaged. The mini-fridge's dial was also broken off, so it's just a metal nub to adjust. Woke up to an exploded soda can (my bad) that I cleaned out. I'm more concerned with not wanting to be blamed for damages than anything. You could tell they've tried to have some thoughtful upgrades despite the rooms being older. For example, the desk setup, free-standing closet, clean LVP, flat-screen LG tv's and day bench are some nice touches to a place like this. Most of the time, it's just a bed and a really old TV on the wall. I would stay again if I needed a place to rest my head in the area. Not particularly somewhere to brag about, but should meet expectations for a property of this rating, age, and price.

Good price in Pasadena. Nice bed, nice sheets. The layout of the hotel made it a bit noisy at night. But we had a good stay.
